Delivery times
- Carabat Ai offers a standard delivery service. Estimated delivery times include parcel preparation time and delivery time.
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days for standard parcels, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- East Malaysia: 3–7 business days for standard parcels, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- *Customs clearance in East Malaysia can occasionally cause delays. Actual delivery times may vary.
Can I modify the delivery information after placing my order?
- You can modify the delivery address or your contact information after placing an order. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
What should I do if some of the items in my parcel are damaged or missing items from order?
- Your items undergo thorough inspection and standard packaging procedures before they are dispatched. We recommend that you carefully check the exterior of the parcel for any abnormalities before signing for it.
- If you find damaged items in your parcel after you have signed for it, please contact Carabat Ai Customer Service as soon as possible.
