How To Use Smart Ring without Screen

Charging & Power On the Device

  • Align the charger interface with the charging area on the smart ring.
  • Charge for 5 minutes to activate the device.
  • A red indicator light will stay on while charging, showing that the process is ongoing.

App Download & Connection

1. Download the RWFit App

  • Search "RWFit" in the App Store, Google Play, or other app stores.
  • Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the packaging to download.

2. Pairing the Smart Ring

  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Open the RWFit app (do not pair through your phone's Bluetooth settings).
  • Tap “Add Device” to enter the Bluetooth search screen.
  • Select the smart ring’s device name to bind it.
  • Android Users: Ensure GPS/location is enabled.

 

Troubleshooting Pairing:

  • If your device isn't showing in the RWFit app:
    •     Check if it’s already connected in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
    •     Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the device, and tap “Forget This Device.”
    •     Retry pairing through the RWFit app.

Prompt Light Function Description

 
  • The white light is for incoming call reminder.
  • The white light flashes when call is incoming.
  • The white light goes out when you answer or hang up the phone.
The blue light is for message reminder. When the phone receive a message, the blue light flashes 5 times.

 

Regarding the short video control function description, it is limited to iPhone and needs to be set. Setting steps:

Phone settings - Accessibility - Touch - Assistive touch

Note: If you cannot let the video proceed to the next one normally, please adjust the sensitivity under the Assistive touch settings.

FAQ

1. Can't find or connect to the smart ring in the app?

  • Ensure it's not already paired via phone Bluetooth.
  • If paired, “Forget This Device” in Bluetooth settings.
  • iOS users must accept Bluetooth pairing pop-up.

2. Ring won't charge?

  • Confirm proper alignment of the charging interface.
  • Ensure the charger is connected to a working power source.
  • If fully drained, the ring may take time to power on.

3. Incorrect time on the ring?

  • Time syncs automatically via the RWFit app.
  • If the ring has been unused for a while, recharge and reconnect to sync the time.
