How To Use Smart Bracelet
Thank you for choosing our smart bracelet! For your convenience, please read the manual carefully and follow the steps provided when using this device for the 1st time. Please note the following points:
Connect to Bluetooth:
1.1. Please ensure that the Bluetooth on both your mobile phone and the bracelet is turned on.
1.2. When searching for Bluetooth, make sure the bracelet has not been paired with other accounts.
1.3. For optimal connection, keep the bracelet and mobile phone as close as possible when searching for Bluetooth.
Charging Requirements:
Use a charger with a specification of 5V 0.5-2A. If the battery will not be used for a long time, please ensure it is turned off and recharged once a month. Ensure Accuracy of Test Data: After entering the heart rate test mode, please keep your body relaxed and still during the testing process. Ensure that the watch is at the same height as your heart. Do not speak during the testing period. (This function provides data for observing heart rate changes before and after exercise and is not intended for medical purposes.)

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference.
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used according to the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirements. The device can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction.
Charging & Power On the Device
- Turn on the device with a charging cable; Open the device and scan the QR code with your phone to download and install the app; Or search for "JRing" in the Apple Store/Android App Store to download and install. Compatible systems: Android 8.0 and above, Bluetooth 4.0 phones iOS 12.0 and above.
- Open the mobile app, search for and select the device that needs to be bound in the app device list.
Step 1: Turn on your phone's Bluetooth:
Step 2: open the "JRing" app on your phone, and on the "Devices" interface, click Add Device, and "Select Device" (* When pairing, please confirm that the Bluetooth MAC address displayed on the watch is consistent)

- After connecting the bracelet to the mobile app, click on the homepage to enter the testing interface, click on the heart rate testing item, and perform a heart rate test (the bracelet must be tightly fastened, too loose cannot test heart rate)
Function Description
Step counting: Detailed recording of daily steps, distance, calories, and other data.
Sleep monitoring: It can record and display the total sleep duration, and view 7 days of sleep data. (You must wear a wristband to sleep in order to detect data)
Heart rate detection: measure the current heart rate, record and display the 24-hour heart rate throughout the day, and automatically monitor the heart rate every 15 minutes. (this function requires clicking on the automatic heart rate test item on the device interface to set the repetition cycle)
Multiple sports modes: outdoor running, cycling, hiking, brisk walking, golf, and other sports modes.
Camera control: Open the mobile app and click/shake the watch on the camera control interface to take photos.

2. Reasons for abnormal sleep data
- Sleep monitoring is designed to simulate people's self perceived state of falling Sleeping and waking times require proper attire.
- Sleeping too late may lead to mistakes.
- Sleep data is not monitored during the day, and the default sleep monitoring time is from 9pm to 11pm the next day. For more common questions, please refer to the application.
Precautions
- Do not charge in damp and humid environments.
- Please regularly clean the magnetic charging hole on the back of the ring with clean flannel to ensure that the ring's magnetic charging hole matches well with the magnetic charger to ensure normal charging.
- This product is not equipped with a power adapter.
- To ensure the safety of your and your family's property during charging, you can use the USB port of your computer or choose a power adapter with an output not exceeding 5V1A.
- Please purchase power adapters through legitimate channels and avoid using inferior or counterfeit power adapters to prevent them from bursting or catching fire.
- Be careful the measurement results of this product are for reference only and should not be used as a basis for medical purposes or doctor guidance.

- Start pairing with your device

- Open JRING app
- Find "Heart Rate"
- Tap on "Measurement"
Blood Oxygen Monitoring
- Open JRING app
- Find "Blood Oxygen"
- Tap on "Measurement"
Sport Mode
- Open the JRING app
- Tap the “Running” icon at the bottom.
- Select your sport activity
- tap the Play button to start.
