AI Mouse User Guide

Product Description

AI MOUSE is an intelligent voice mouse that, in addition to its basic functions, can also achieve functions such as voice typing, voice translation, voice search, voice control, screenshot recognition and translation, word recognition and translation, button customization, Al intelligent writing, AI PPT, AI Drawing, AI Mind Map, AI Table etc.

Precautions:

  1. The mouse will automatically enter the sleep state if it is not used for a long time, you can move the mouse or press any button to wake up.
  2. Support: Win7/Win8/Win10/Win11/MacOS system.

Instructions

2.4G mode

  1. Turn on the computer.
  2. Insert the receiver into the computer USB port.
  3. Push the bottom switch of the mouse to the "ON" position.
  4. Click the Bluetooth /2.4G switch key to switch t to 2.4G mode. (Mode light flashing green)
  5. After the connection is successful, the green light is always on for 5 seconds and then goes out, and the mouse can be used normally.

Bluetooth mode

  1. Turn on the computer and enter the system Bluetooth search module to start Bluetooth scanning.
  2. Push the bottom switch of the mouse to the "ON" position.
  3. Click the Bluetooth /2.4G switch key to switch the mouse mode to BT1 or BT2 (the mode light flashes blue).
  4. Press and hold the Bluetooth /2.4G switch key for 3-5 seconds, and wait for the mouse blue light flashes quickly, the mouse enters pairing mode, and at the same time, check whether the name of the Thinkkeen Mouse device appears on the Bluetooth list.
  5. Now click on the name of iMouse Mouse and connect, the blue light is always on for 5 seconds after the connection is successful, and the mouse can be used normally. (If it cannot be used normally, please check the pairing method process in the manual)

Mode switch:

Click the Bluetooth /2.4G switch key to switch between 2.4G or BT1 and BT2. You can connect 3 computers separately, without pairing again. (factory default is 2.4G mode)

Charging Method

It is recommended to use the computer USB interface or 5V power supply to charge the mouse. When charging, the blue Led will flash, and it will always glow when it is full. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge. (Do not use fast chargers or fast charging cables when charging the mouse. Use a standard charging cable instead.)

Driver Installation

  1. For MacOS users, please open the following URL (https://www.miclink.net/aioffice/) in your browser. And Download software installation package. After the installation is complete, the software icon () will be displayed on the status bar at the top of the computer.
  2. For Windows users, when the mouse is in proper use, long press the mouse scroll wheel button 5 seconds can automatically pop up the driver download page (If the automatic pop-up is blocked, you can open the browser and enter "https://www.miclink.net/aioffice/" to open the driver download page), select Windows driver download, and wait for the next after downloading the installation package, double-click the downloaded installation package, and click next to install. The taskbar in the lower right corner of the brain will display the software icon ( ).
  3. You can also scan the QR code on the right to get the mouse usage instructions.

Precautions:

  1. The driver is automatically opened due to the installation default boot, if the anti-virus software pops up a warning to prevent the boot from starting. Insert it manually, and select allow this operation.
  2. The mouse and the software are connected normally, the mouse software icon will be displayed in blue ( ), if the mouse disconnected from the software, the software icon is grayed out ( ).

Function introduction

Voice Typing

  1. Select the area where text needs to be input, and press and hold the typing button of the mouse () and start speaking, then recording.
  2. You can set translation button for recognizing languages and voice typing in the software. (See the picture below).

Voice Translation

  1. Select the area where the text needs to be input, and then press and hold the translation button of the mouse (front) figure). Start talking, then release to complete translation.
  2. In the software, you can set the language of recognition and translation, and you can also modify the shortcut button (translation button) of voice translation. See below.

Screenshot Translation Function

Press the translation button on the front of the mouse once, then take a screenshot of the place you need to translate, and then click the translation button to complete the translation.

Custom Button

You can customize the click and long press functions of each button on the settings page.

Al Function

Click the AI button in the middle of the mouse to open the AI function interface, as shown below. You can also access the AI creation interface via the AI button on the mouse settings page.

Al Assistant

Click AI Assistant in the AI function interface, enter what you need at the bottom of the interface, and click Send. Chat-GPT will display the results you need.

AI PPT

Click the AI PPT button in the AI interface, enter the description of the PPT you need to generate at the bottom of the interface, and click Create PPT outline, and the system will generate and create PPT outline in a few seconds. Click Generate Main Text, and AI will write the main text of PPT for you.

After the Main Text is generated, click Select PPT template, select the template you like, and then download it to your computer.

Al Drawing

Click the AI Drawing button in the AI interface, enter the description of the picture you need to generate at the bottom of the interface, and click Send, and the system will generate the picture you need in a few seconds.

Al Writing

Click the AI Writing button in the AI interface, enter the description of the article you need to generate at the bottom of the interface, click Send, and the system will generate the outline of the article you need in a few seconds. Click Main Text, and the system will automatically generate the whole article.

Al Mind Map

Click the AI Mind Map button in the AI interface, enter the description you need to generate Mind Map at the bottom of the interface, click Send, and the system will automatically generate the outline of Mind Map. Click Mind Map in the lower right corner, select the format you need and download it.

Al Table

Click the AI Table button in the AI interface, enter the description of the AI Table you need to generate at the bottom of the interface, click Send, and the system will automatically generate the Table you need. You can click Word and Excel in the lower right corner to download the corresponding format, or click Chart to generate a graph.

 

Installation

To set up, find the Bluetooth dongle located at the bottom of the mouse and plug it into your computer. Then, visit https://www.miclink.net/aioffice/ to download the software. Mac users can install the macOS version, and the software icon will appear in the top status bar. Windows users can press and hold the mouse scroll wheel for 5 seconds to open the driver page automatically—or visit the link manually. Download and install the Windows driver, and the software icon will appear in the lower right taskbar.

AI Mouse Overview

Click the AI button in the middle of the mouse to open the AI function interface. You can also access the AI creation interface via the AI button on the mouse settings page.

Instant Word Translation

To use the translation feature, highlight the text you want to translate, then click the voice button on the side of the mouse—it will automatically translate the selected text.

Voice to Text

To use the speech-to-text function, select the area where you want to input text, then press and hold the voice button on the mouse and start speaking—your voice will be recorded and converted into text.

Voice to Text Translation

To use the Voice Translation, select the area where the text needs to be input, then press and hold the translation button. Start speaking, then release to complete the translation.

AI Assistant & AI Drawing

AI ASSISTANT
To use an AI assistant, you can simply type your question or request, and it will respond with helpful information, ideas or instructions.

AI DRAWING
AI drawing lets you create pictures just by typing a description, like “a cat riding a bicycle” or “a sunset over mountains.” The AI will draw it for you. Be as clear and detailed as possible for the best results.

AI Powerpoint & AI Table

AI POWERPOINT
AI can help you quickly create PowerPoint presentations. Just type your topic, the AI will generate slides with suggested text, layouts, and images. You can customize the design, change the content, or add more slides as needed.

AI TABLE
AI can help you quickly create and edit tables. Just describe what you need, for example, “Make a table comparing iPhone 14 and iPhone 15” and the AI will generate it for you. You can also ask it to organize data, sort items, or turn plain text into a table format.

AI Writing & Document Conversion

AI WRITING
Just type what you need—like “Write a blog post about healthy eating” or “Create a product description for a smart fan”—and the AI will generate it for you. You can also ask it to rewrite, shorten, improve grammar, or change the tone. AI writing works well for emails, essays, captions, scripts, and more.

DOCUMENT CONVERSION
Upload your file (PDF, Word, TXT, or image), then type what you want to do — like extract text, summarize, translate, or make quiz questions — and I’ll give you the result.

AI Image Analysis & AI Mind Map

AI IMAGE ANALYSIS
Upload a photo and ask what you want to know—like “What’s in this image?” or “Describe this chart.” AI can detect objects, read text (OCR), describe scenes, identify people or animals, and even spot errors or patterns. It’s useful for research, medical scans, product labels, or damaged images.

AI MIND MAP
AI mind mapping helps you turn ideas into visual maps quickly.
