Return policy

1. You may return your order within 7 working days from the delivery date, if the product is incorrect, damaged or defective:

  1. 'Incorrect' means the product is not the product you ordered; the model/colour is different from what is indicated on your order summary; or there are missing item(s) or part(s) from the packaging;
  2. 'Damaged' means the product is found to be damaged upon receipt;
  3. 'Defective' means the product is found to have technical defect(s) where the customer must refer to our customer service via help@carabat-ai.com for further advice.
  • We will conduct an evaluation within fourteen (14) working days from the day our team receives the physical product. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
  • If your return is valid, we will process your replacement, based on what you have indicated to our Carabat AI Support team. If it's valid, we will replace with a new unit of the product that you’ve purchased. You’ll receive the exchange item or the refund within 14 business days. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

*Please note that if the product does not fit your device, this is not considered as 'incorrect' product and return of product is not allowed on this basis. Therefore, customers are advised to ensure the product specification before placing an order.

 

2. We reserve the right to reject any return or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

 

3. Products without complete packaging and accessories (if purchased from physical stores, require purchase receipts as well) are not eligible for refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@carabat-ai.com.

 

**IMPORTANT** - WE take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.

 

*Please do not return the goods before communicating with our customer service team. We will be not responsible if your parcel is lost or damaged.
